Order your Royal Blue polo shirt or pocket tee shirt with "Fairfield Glade Community Church" embroidery.  The polo shirt costs $26.50 and the tee shirt costs $10, or purchase both for $35.  (These prices are for sizes XS through XL.  Sizes 2XL and larger are somewhat more.) Samples will be on display.  See Dwight Wages after Sunday Service.  Once you purchase your shirt, wear it proudly around town and on mission activities to publicize our wonderful church to the community!!

Our card supply is overfilling our boxes.  We need you to take cards (for FREE!!) out of the boxes we have placed on a table at the rear of the Fellowship Hall.  Mail them to friends who have birthdays or anniversaries or whatever - people LOVE to get "snail mail" (Email is so 20th Century...)  Showing each other love creates wonderful blessings.

This is your invitation to take advantage of the collection of all-occasion cards available at FGCC’s specialty shop. Where else can you find a wide selection of special cards waiting to be sent by you or your family to someone who needs, or will enjoy, or be uplifted by your remembrance.

The boxes of cards will be on display in the fellowship hall on the table under the Community bulletin board. Available card selections range from Holidays, Get Well Wishes, Thinking of You, Sympathy Thoughts, Birthdays or Special Days. Plus a large box of attractive blank Note Cards will really give card senders opportunity to cover a variety of occasions. Card receivers will be especially thrilled by the personalized  attention of a written note. And the appropriate envelope will be a partner to the card.

And how is it possible to come up with so many available choices of greeting cards for Community Church shoppers? Because the shoppers may have already been donors of greeting cards, and know how special some of them are. One of the large boxes on the display table is labeled Donations, and hopefully people will choose to share packets of cards received in the mail or by solicitation with FGCC’s Caring Card Shoppe.

Granted, greeting cards may have been sent by the National Wildlife Federation, Habitat for Humanity, or Guiding Eyes for the Blind, etc.; while others bear names of illustrators, feature works of Renoir, Manet and even Mouth and Foot Painting artists; or may represent a study of portraits from Williamsburg or Washington, DC. The donation box welcomes all cards, accompanied by the envelopes.

Christian Response hopes to whet your interest in the support of the Card Shoppe, as another segment of the 40th anniversary of FGCC.

Thanks for dropping by for a visit. We look forward to getting better aquainted. We hope you will get to know us better and that you will "like"us. We really do have agape love for one another.   After worship, stay awhile in the Fellowship Hall for refreshments and friendly talk . And please, tell us when you come next Sunday morning that you saw our website.
