2.  Women's Fellowship needs someone to fill the position of Vice-President for the coming year.

3.  Check the Women's Fellowship bulletin board and volunteer to lead a program or participate in Compassion Meals.

Small Groups

Small Groups are 6 to 9 church members and guests, couples and/or singles, who meet once a month in group members' homes.  Marty Smith is coordinating the Small Group program and has assigned members to each group.  The current program is already underway, so membership may be closed at this time.  However, future programs may be planned so notify Marty if you think you would be interested now or in the future.

Mystery Shoppers among us

Let's be sure to treat all guests to FFG Community Church as if they were "mystery church shoppers" and be confident that they always come away from visiting with a very positive impression of THE friendly church - Worship and Music Committee

Donate your Laptop Computer

The Technology and Communications Committee is requesting anyone who is updating their current computer at home to consider donating a laptop.  We have a need for as many as three laptops to support committees and for use as a dedicated machine for the church's PC Projector.  If you can provide the church with a suitable computer, contact Ron Cronwell  ffgwebmaster@gmail.com

Join the "Blue Crew"

Order your Royal Blue polo shirt or pocket tee shirt with "Fairfield Glade Community Church" embroidery.  The polo shirt costs $26.50 and the tee shirt costs $10, or purchase both for $35.  (These prices are for sizes XS through XL.  Sizes 2XL and larger are somewhat more.) Samples will be on display.  See Dwight Wages after Sunday Service.  Once you purchase your shirt, wear it proudly around town and on mission activities to publicize our wonderful church to the community!!

Help Needed

The Worship and Music Committee is looking for someone to fill the role of Chancel Chair.  This position oversees the seasonal decor and overall setting of the sanctuary, and works with the Worship Committee to prepare the elements and table for Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month. The Chancel Chair would need to attend one meeting with the Worship and Music Committee each month, on the first Tuesday, for about one hour.  This position could be held by more than one person on a job share basis.

GREETING CARD MINISTRY

We now have a PATRIOTIC section to our Card Minstry in the Fellowship Hall.  Let's all participate in writing notes of encouragement and thanks to our military - Active, Reserve and Veterans.  Your cards will be collected and sent to those serving our country (past and present) and will generate TREMENDOUS BLESSINGS for all!
